Overview:

The last time this home was renovated was over 40 years ago, so it was in need of some urgent TLC. New kitchen, bathroom, laundry, flooring, painting, air conditioning and asbestos removal were all part of the scope of works for this project. An important criteria for this project was to make everything easy accessible, safe and easy to clean for our elderly client. With the help of our client’s children, we designed our renovation to future proof this home for many years to come.
